● Changes & Returns
You have the right to return the whole order or part of it within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The amount is available to place new orders or request a refund.
Returned products must be unused (apart from trying them on to confirm that the size is correct) and must be in the same excellent condition they were in when they were delivered, both in relation to the item itself and its packaging and any special labels.
You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the product packaging. We are entitled to delay returning the money until we have the products back and checked their condition. They must be in excellent condition just as they were sent. Incomplete, destroyed, worn or soiled items which Oxford Company objectively considers to have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
    ● Change in size or code
You can contact us by phone at 2310.681328 or by mail at and inform us about the change you wish to make.
The first change is always free, at no cost to the customer. For every next change concerning the same order, there is a fee of €5.00.
Alternatively, you can return your package and make your change at one of the three retail ALTER EGO stores.
    ● Refund
    1. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error by ALTER EGO (for example sending the wrong code or a defective product), the entire amount paid by the customer is returned.
    2. In the event that the customer wishes to return his order, without ALTER EGO being at fault, the return costs are deducted from the refunded amount ( €5 ).
Inside the package that you will send to us, must be enclosed a paper where you will write your Name, Telephone, Bank, Name of the Beneficiary and Bank Account IBAN.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of the date we receive the products
Refunds cannot be made in our physical stores.
Each return is made via ELTA courier

In the event that you wish to use ANOTHER COURIER company, the costs are borne exclusively by you and vary depending on the company, the weight of the package, etc.. The package until it reaches to us, is up to your responsibility if it is lost or damaged.
