You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the product packaging.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We are entitled to delay returning the money until we have the products back and checked their condition. They must be in excellent condition just as they were sent.\nIncomplete, destroyed, worn or soiled items which ALTER EGO objectively considers to have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 Change in size or code<\/div>\n<div>You can contact us by phone at 2310.681328 or by mail at info@alteregofashion.gr and inform us about the change you wish to make.<\/div>\n<div>The first change is always free, at no cost to the customer. For every next change concerning the same order, there is a fee of \u20ac5.00.<\/div>\n<div>Alternatively, you can return your package and make your change at one of the three retail ALTER EGO stores.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 Refund<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 1. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error by ALTER EGO (for example sending the wrong code or a defective product), the entire amount paid by the customer is returned.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 2.
